Dry Magnetic Separator

Dry drum magnetic separators are the perfect choice for the recovery of iron ore in dry areas such as Chile, Mongolia, the Southwest of the US, the Northwest region of China and many other dry or desert areas. The application of a dry drum separator lowers the beneficiation plants reliance on water and is environmental friendly. Features and technology advantages

1.The efficient separation of magnetic minerals and non-magnetic (weak magnetic) minerals will be realized, and fine magnetic minerals and coarse magnetic minerals will not get lost. 


2.Covering the magnetic system with non-magnetic stainless steel ensures no peeling off of the magnet.

Working principle 

When the materials feeder transports the minerals to the separation area of the separation drum, the magnetic minerals will alternate rapidly and repeatedly within a short time through the N pole and S pole of the magnetic field, and the magnetic minerals will do magnetic rever sal and magnetic agitation. The non-magnetic (weak) magnetic mineral mingled in the magnetic minerals is not or slightly affected by the adsorption of the magnetic force, moving to the outer layer gradually, and is thrown out by the centrifugal force, gravity and the joint action of magnetic turn and agitation of magnetic minerals. With the adsorption of the magnetic force and the joint action of the magnetic turn and agitation of magnetic minerals, the mag netic minerals will move to the inter layer gradually. When the magnetic minerals rotate to the ore unloading area with the separation drum, as the rotation magnetic system is eccentric, the magnetic density of the ore unloading area for the separation cylinder is extremely weak, and most of the magnetic minerals can fall off automatically. A small quantity of magnetic minerals not falling off will be adsorbed to the external surface of the ore unloading cylinder with higher magnetic density when rotating to the position nearby the ore unloading cylinder so as to realize the automatic unloading of magnetic minerals.

Separador magnético de tambor seco

Los separadores magnéticos de tambor seco son de la elección perfecta para la recuperación de mineral de hierro en zonas secas como Chile, Mongolia, Suroeste de los Estados Unidos, la región Noroeste de China y muchas otras zonas secas o desérticas. La aplicación de un separador de tambor seco reduce la dependencia de las plantas de beneficiación en el agua y es respetuosa con el medio ambiente. Depender de la intensidad magnética necesaria, el sistema magnético puede ser ferrita o tierra rara.


Características y ventajas tecnológicas

1.La eficiente separación de minerales magnéticos y minerales no magnéticos (magnéticos débiles) realizados, y minerales magnéticos finos y minerales magnéticos gruesos no se perderán.

2.Cubriendo el sistema magnético con acero inoxidable no magnético asegura no pelar fuera del imán.

3.El tambor cubierto con el caucho super resistente al desgaste producido por nuestra empresa, por lo que la vida útil se puede prolongar significativamente.


Principio de funcionamiento

Cuando el alimentador de materiales transporta los minerales al área de separación de tambor de separación, los minerales magnéticos se alternan rápida y repetidamente en un corto tiempo a través del polo N y el polo S del campo magnético y los minerales magnéticos harán la inversión magnética y magnética agitación. Mineral magnético y no magnético (débil) mezclado en los minerales magnéticos no es o ligeramente afectado por la adsorción de la fuerza magnética, moviéndose gradualmente a la capa exterior, y es expulsado por la fuerza centrífuga, la gravedad y la acción conjunta de la fuerza magnética Giro y agitación de minerales magnéticos.
